Scone Ice cream sandwich - who'd have thought it? A Yandles plain scone (as used for our yummy cream tea), strawberry and vanilla ice cream, strawberry coulis and pistachio nuts. Step aside Iced Latte, this is an iced cream tea.
Also snuck in a pic of our Berry nice cheesecake, choices, choices.

Its back to "salad days" for the red warning on Wednesday. We are putting the fryers off for the day. We will put new potatoes.instead of chips. Cooker is induction so no probs for all Breakfasts, BLTs, Bean Chilli, Soup, Italian sandwich or our popular ploughmans scone. Stunning salad combos as usual, probably coleslaw and maybe some potaro salad optional. In fact most of the menu will work, except chips, scampi & fishcakes. Iced lattes, cold drinks and ice cream to finish?

Ch.. ch..ch..ch..changes

More exciting expansion plans are underway, starting today from the Arts & Craft shop!
Please use our back entrance, located at the new car park end of the shop — now clearly marked with signage, so it should be easy to find. For easier access, we’ve also installed a slope, new handrails, and anti-slip runners.
If you need any extra assistance, please don’t hesitate to ask. Thank you for bearing with us while we go through this exciting transformation — we can’t wait to share the finished result with you!

Proud to be the home of a very fine Somerset Cream Tea, just the thing to celebrate Somerset Day. Two homemade scones, Highfield Preserves Strawberry Jam, Clotted cream and Miles Tea & Coffee West Country Blend loose leaf tea. Treat yourself or share with a friend (we suggest an extra drink). -S10-3Sunday
