This week, while the rest of us wilted in the heat, the team at SBC School Meals quietly got on with it.

19 schools, two nurseries…

Early starts. Hot kitchens. Ovens running through a heatwave. Orders changing minute by minute as schools opened, closed. Through all of it — no complaints, no hassle.

Just brilliant people doing what they always do, except this week they did it in 37-degree heat with a smile on their faces.

The children got their meals. On time. To the standards expected and their school deserves. That doesn't happen by accident — it happens because of the people standing in those kitchens every single day.

We are so proud of every one of you.

Thank you doesn't feel like enough. But thank you. 🙏
