The mid-reno clean has officially begun! 🧽🪣

There’s dust everywhere, plenty of elbow grease going in and we’re slowly starting to see our beautiful pub coming back together. 🤎

Still lots happening behind the scenes at The Coach & Horses, Lubenham — but every sweep, scrub and finishing touch is getting us one step closer to reopening our doors on 2nd October! 🍻

Things are getting serious at The Coach & Horses, Lubenham! 👀

The floors are coming up, the tools are out and there’s plenty happening behind the scenes as our transformation really starts to take shape.

And yes… the video is in black & white on purpose. 😉 We’re keeping our new colours firmly under wraps for now — no sneak peeks just yet! 🤫

There’s still plenty more to come, so keep following along as we bring our beautiful village pub back to life. 🐴✨

🔨🐴 THE RENOVATION DIARIES: PART ONE 🐴🔨

And so it begins… 😂

The workmen are full speed ahead.
The bar is empty and already undergoing major changes!
And Michael & Kath are doing the most important job of all…

Packing countless boxes, supplying tea and coffee on tap, pointing at things and making very important landlord & landlady decisions. 👀😂

“Do we like that?”
“Move it a bit.”
“No… put it back.”
“Yeah, that’ll do.” 🤣

It might look a little chaotic right now, but our lovely, village pub is getting the makeover it deserves. 💙

We’ll be sharing little snippets along the way, so you can follow the transformation from dust and decisions ➡️ our beautiful new Coach & Horses.
