Hi all. After much contemplation,deliberation and consideration over the last few months. I have decided to scale back my cake production a little and move out of my shop .With the current financial climate as it is , energy price rises ,ingredients price rises and rent etc, i feel it’s the right time to do so. I will be continuing to take orders for cakes each week ,but on a slightly smaller scale and I will be making them independently from within The bakery at Emersons and West on Northampton road , ironically where my baking career began 40 years ago this year and look forward to other new challenges too. I will be in contact with anyone who has a cake already ordered with me to rearrange collections or delivery. I’d like to thank all of my customers who have been to the shop in the last 15 years ,be it for Cakes , food or party goods and balloons.
