Dear Valued Customers,

We would like to offer our deepest and sincerest apologies to all our valued guests who experienced delays with our service on New Year’s Eve.

Despite our best efforts and stopping new orders, the exceptionally high volume of pre-orders and in-house dining placed unprecedented pressure on our kitchen and team. Unfortunately, this resulted in delays and limited communication, which we know caused disappointment and frustration. We are truly sorry.

This is not the standard of service we aim to provide, and we fully understand how important New Year’s Eve is for celebrating with family and friends. We take full responsibility and are already reviewing our processes to ensure this does not happen again.

A member of our team will be in touch later this afternoon to personally extend our apologies and provide further support where needed.
