Delicious, authentic paella from the Levante region of Spain, now in the UK from our unique caravan Hello! El Chefo

I am Jorge "El Chefo" and this is my business, I run it with my wife Paula. Cooking is my life so when I was living in Madrid and my British wife wanted to come beck to England after Brexit I said: "Ok! but I want a food truck!"
I love to buy local, fresh ingredients and a perfect starting point. Some ingredients are difficult to find here in the UK, like the rice I have been using to cook Paellas for the las 30 years (Valencia Extra Quality Rice) or our amazing smoked Spanish paprika from La Vera. I import those couple of products from the best places in Spain so you can have the authentic experience. I am happy when I am cooking to others, all problems disappear when I am cooking. It's a kind of happiness :)

A lovely day for some real Spanish dishes today! A reminder that we'll be at The Pack Horse, Northborough, from 5-8pm, although our first paella will be ready at 5.30pm. See you there!

Catch us tomorrow at The Pack Horse, Northborough, between 5-8pm. Tuesdays mean it's their chef's day off and the pub quiz is on! We'll be serving Chicken and Chorizo Paella, our homemade PX Pulled Pork on fries or in a bun, Falafel Olé and our saucy fries with homemade sauces. See you there!

This Saturday 8 November, we will be at the amazing bonfire night at They will light their customary hand built wooden structure, show incredible fireworks, and have live music, a fun fair and a curated line up of the best street food around. Toast your own marshmallows? They have that too. Tickets available through their channels.
