OUR FULL DAILY LINE UP FOR WINTER

REUBEN - irish beef brisket, brined for 10 days and then cooked low and slow for around 10 hours is layered on top of our russian dressing, topped with sauerkraut, melted Swiss cheese and then toasted 🤤

COWBOY - our twist on a BLT but with juicy chicken thigh, pickled tomato, swiss cheese, everything seasoning and our ranch dressing 🤤

DELI - salami napoli, salami milano, salami picante, mortadella, provolone, guindilla peppers, rocket, herb oil and confit garlic and burnt lemon mayo 🤤

HOT TUNA - Thai inspired tuna melt with a spicy, sweet and sour jeow som tuna mayo mix, slaw with mooli, radish, chinese leaf cabbage, sesame, coriander and lime and good, mature cheddar cheese, all toasted in the oven until oozy 🤤

🚨 NEW SANDWICH / COLAB / GRILLED CHEESE ALERT 🚨

we are VERY excited to be working with Counter. for our sixth daily sub, our grilled cheese press…

our 3 cheese mix of keens cheddar, Gruyère and Emmental will be finished off each week with a different guest cheese, picked by our friends at Counter, which will be also available to pick up from Northdown Butchers (the cheese not the sandwich)

so…
4 beautiful melted cheeses with house made jalepeno jam, toasted in our sandwich press and served with a smoked Muhammara dip

let’s talk booze…

Bluntrock are a relatively young brewery, founded in Cornwall in 2021, but have expanded dramatically over the last 5 years.
They produce a wide range of la**rs, stouts and ales taking inspiration from all around the world.
To be honest, we were initially drawn in by the can art, in particular the Mr.Sparkle reference on Kanpai (iyknyk) but after drinking them we realised that the artwork isn’t the only outstanding thing.
Further more, they are working hard to have net zero production and be a certified B Corp business, using solar power and C02 recovery in their brewery

We’ve got Kanpai Japanese rice l***r, their famous Pagan Juice hazy pale and a 0.5% pale aptly named Zen 🍺

Renegade is a small urban winery located in Walthamstow and Bethnal Green (bar), that make around 14 considered wines a year, from classic styles with a twist to totally unique blends.

As well as being absolutely delicious, all of their bottles feature the eyes of Londoners of all shapes, sizes, ages, genders, orientations and races. It represents and celebrates the diversity of the city. An all inclusive and accepting outlook. A sentiment we also strongly believe in at SARNS, which is why they are a perfect fit for us.

We have a deep flavoured skin contact orange, a crisp fresh white and juicy chilled red on the bar this weekend 🍷
