After years of operating as a business owner on the harbour arm in Margate, Kent, and encountering persistent challenges with the Thanet Council, it appears that the opportunity for no legal resolution to our longstanding issues is on the horizon.
Given the looming threat of an unlawful eviction in recent months, the necessity of raising funds for a legal battle has become paramount.
This appears to be the sole available route, although it may not align with my preferred choice.
