We have some BIG NEWS (both good and sad)... Angela’s is on the move and expanding (this is very good news) but unfortunately we are closing Dory’s (a little bit of sad news).

In March 2026, Angela’s restaurant will be expanding next door to Number One High Street, the current Cafe G. Unfortunately, this does mean that Dory’s is closing in March too. This will be a huge loss, but you will still be able to enjoy the raw, pickled and cured dishes from Dory’s in the new restaurant. Keep an eye out for more exciting plans as we evolve Angela’s but for now come and join us for many more crab tarts and sunsets at Dory’s until the end of March...

From fizz to funk: the past and future of British Wine

‘British Wine’ was once shorthand for bad imported grape mush. Not any more. The rise of sustainable methods, youthful experimentation and, dare we say it, a new climate, mean that Britain is no longer the home of just a few fine sparklings but a whole roster of dynamic reds, pinks and oranges. On Friday 4th July 6.30-8pm, Abbie Moulton, author of New British Wine, will be opening a selection of bottles for you to taste charting the transition from fizz to funk. Tickets are very limited and a selection of Dory’s sharing dishes for this unique event.

Friday June 4th. 6.30-8pm
Tickets. £45 (email us to book)
Discount if you have a ticket to the LOW tasting rooms.
