Mala Kaffe Mala is a fusion of Scandinavian and British baked goods, sandwiches, served with great coffee, roasted by Allpress.

Mala Kaffe is a fusion of both Scandinavian and British baked goods, with an emphasis on great coffee which is roasted by Allpress in Dalston. Situated towards the end of the Harbour Arm in Margate with spectacular views and sunsets all year around. Come and grab a morning coconut and chia porridge, or do it Swedish style and experience Fika time with Swedish cinnamon bun and a coffee/Tea. PLEASE

Small coffee shop/cafe positioned on the Harbour Arm in sunny Margate. This is a position for somebody that would like to live by the seaside for a season.

You will have expert level coffee industry experience, to work this thriving little business and have the skills and the confidence to run the coffee area from function to service and undertake the general management of the cafe.

You will have exceptional social and customer service skills and work well under pressure as this little hole in the wall gets extremely busy during the spring and summer months.

Attention to detail is compulsory�. Extensive coffee knowledge and you must be passionate about creating outstanding coffee.� Hands-on experience with professional coffee machines�. Availability to work within opening hours (including weekends and holidays).

We are looking for a head barista/manager to join our team in March 2021. The position is by the seaside in Margate, Kent, and is a perfect position for somebody that would like to experience an amazing summer outside London. Happy to pay £12-14 p/h for the right person depending on experience, along with pension and holiday pay. We are happy for the chosen candidate to be creative and use a Roaster/s of their choice. Must have great people skills and have at least 2 years barista and management experience. The cafe is situated on the Harbour Arm Stone Pier and has direct views of the ocean and harbour.
