Our food is a dedication to Asian Fusion. Our recipes are a mix of the Traditional from early 19th Century India, Home-made and adapted to the region in which it was developed.
This fusion of Asian flavours has journeyed from the days of the Raj. Its flavours got enriched as it absorbed influences from the different regions of India over nearly two centuries - the journey of a way of cooking spanning the North and South of India.
It has also been influenced by nearly two decades worth of contemporary British cuisine.
What we serve now is that mastery over the flavours we have managed to accumulate over time.
Fusion is the appropriate term as our food has welcomed the various influences and has improved with it.
Please do try the range of dishes to experience the subtle to vast change of flavours that time and experience have enabled us to extract from spices.
