🧁 WHAT A WHIRLWIND WEEKEND! 🧁

I hope everyone managed to get what they were after, because when I came to check the shed, those shelves were looking VERY empty! 😳😂

We’ve been busy in the kitchen making sure they don’t stay empty for long, so the Bake Shed has been restocked today! 💙🤍

We’ve got some of your usual favourites back, alongside a few new treats we’ve been working on - and there’s plenty to choose from! 😍

Here’s what you’ll find in the shed today:

🍪 Loaded Cookies – our usual big, chunky cookies, including Biscoff, Chocolate, Oreo & Kinder Bueno.

🍂 Pumpkin Spice Snickerdoodles – soft, chewy pumpkin spice cookies coated in cinnamon sugar. Perfect for those autumn vibes! 🎃

🧁 Pumpkin Crumb Cake Muffins – soft, moist pumpkin muffins topped with a delicious pumpkin crumb and maple icing.

🍯 Cornflake Tart Blondies – ✨ they’re back! ✨ fudgy white chocolate blondies loaded with fruity jam and topped with crunchy golden syrup cornflakes.

🥭 Passionfruit & Mango Cheesecake – creamy mango cheesecake with a buttery biscuit base and a bright, tangy passionfruit topping.

🍂 SEPTEMBER, YOU’VE BEEN A GOOD ONE! 🍂

Hi everyone! September has officially come to an end, and we’re so happy to say it’s been our best month yet! 🥹💙

A massive thank you to everyone who has popped down to the shed, supported us, shared our posts, left lovely feedback or simply told someone about Baked AF. It genuinely means so much to us! 🫶

The shed is looking a little bare at the moment, but there are still a few bakes available if you fancy a little Thursday treat. 👀🍰

Meanwhile, we’re very busy in the kitchen getting stuck into some new pumpkin spice recipes for October 🎃🍁

Hopefully we’ll have some pictures to share tomorrow, along with a BIG restock to kick off the new month!

Apparently, people have been seeing the reviews of our Stroopwafel Brownie and coming down to the Bake Shed to try one for themselves…
…only to find they were SOLD OUT. 😭

We’re sorry. We have failed you.
BUT we’ve listened to the complaints and Stroopwafel Brownies are BACK IN STOCK!

And because you lot clearly have excellent taste, we’re also remaking our Sticky Toffee Blondies today after those were another BIG hit! 🤎

✨ WHAT’S NEW IN THE SHED TODAY? ✨

We had a few technical difficulties yesterday, which meant we couldn’t see who was coming to visit the shed… and this morning we opened up to empty shelves! 😱

Thank you SO much to everyone who came by and supported us - it honestly means the world. ❤️

So, what have we got for you today?

🍪 Our classic chunky loaded cookies are back, including our Chocolate Chip and Kinder Bueno - but we’ve given these two a little upgrade! We thought they needed a bit more of a wow factor, so they’re now even more loaded with biscuit pieces and gooey fillings. 🤤

🌈 Old School Sprinkle Cake - proper nostalgic school-dinner vibes. Even better warmed up and served with one of our custard dipping pots. You’re welcome. 😂

🧂🍫 Salted Caramel Cornflake Brownies have FINALLY returned! I know some of you have been asking when these would make their comeback, so here they are.

🍯 Coming later today… Sticky Toffee Blondies! We’re hoping to get a fresh bake of these into the shed later, as we start reluctantly moving towards some more autumnal flavours. 🍂

We’re still desperately trying to pretend summer isn’t over, but apparently the calendar has other ideas. 😂

As always, the shed is self-service and honesty-based, with cash and card payments accepted. Make sure not to miss the fridge with our chilled treats. 💕
