💥🍱 HOW OUR PREP SERVICE WORKS 🍱💥

Just to give you a little update on how our meal preps work — we rotate five different meals every three weeks to keep things fresh and give everyone variety.

Our Honey Chilli Chicken never comes off the menu as it’s our best-selling bowl both in store and for meal prep, so that’s always available throughout the week. We make sure it’s consistently stocked so there’s always a reliable option in the grab-and-go fridge.

Our meal prep fridges are usually restocked on Saturdays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and sometimes Wednesdays, depending on how quickly everything sells. You have to come in the shop or call/message for meal preps as our online system is for fresh hot menu only.

We can deliver within a 3 mile radius 🚘

We’re open:
• Monday–Friday: 11am–8pm
• Saturday: 11am–4pm

You’re always welcome to pop in on a Saturday or Monday and pick up whatever you need from the grab-and-go fridge. If you’re after something specific though, it’s always best to send us a message or give us a quick call or message on social media beforehand so we can make sure it’s ready and waiting for you.
