Roots Coffee Lounge is hiring a Front of House Manager and if you know us, you'll know this isn't your average cafe job.
We are a community coffee shop with a real purpose. Every penny we make goes back into supporting our community through Landmark Community Foundation. We employ young people with additional needs as part of our regular team and we take their development seriously. This is a place where what you do genuinely matters.
But we also take our coffee seriously. We use our own speciality roasted blend and we hold ourselves to a high standard. Every shot matters. Every cup matters. We are not a chain and we do not operate like one.
We need a manager who truly understands the craft, who can dial in a grinder and adjust through service, who can taste the difference and act on it, and who can bring a whole team with them.

You will lead the front of house, manage and develop the team, own the rota, and help create the kind of experience that keeps our 500+ weekly customers coming back. You will also have real commercial responsibility and the opportunity to shape how we grow.
Location: Pleasley, Mansfield
Pay: £13.73 per hour
Hours: To be agreed
Contract: Permanent
