We are looking to expand our kitchen team!

If you are an experienced chef and a great team leader, we would love to hear from you. An interest in seasonal Italian food is a must with good knowledge of making fresh pasta with appropriate sauces, desserts and antipasti. Even better of you are well versed in pizza production – but not essential.

You need to be positive, energetic, friendly and team –focused. Excellent working conditions, rate of pay and tips. There is also potential for rapid promotion within the company for suitably qualified candidates. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to progress within the industry. In addition to competitive salary package plus a share of the tips, we can offer training, great staff food and generous discounts across our venues. Onsite accommodation available, if needed.

🎭 We invite you to a FREE street theatre festival! 🎭

Join us on the 27th July for STREETS ALIVE! A celebration of 40 years of Lemmings Theatre!

Featuring: Comedy street theatre, walkabouts, live music, stalls and food.

We'll be taking over Manningtree town with entertainment and fun for all, as a thank you to everyone who has supported The Grand Theatre of Lemmings over the last four decades! ☺ 👏👏

After 12 years , our lovely Sorrel Macey is off to become a lawyer! She has been a fabulous friend and colleague to all of the team over the years as well as being a pro on the bar or running the floor with ease and flair. We will miss her and we know that legions of our customers will too!
Wishing our wonderful Soz all best with everything and we know that her family will love having her back every Saturday!

We have a morning cleaning position available for a reliable, organised and efficient person who likes to clean! Saturday, Sunday and Monday mornings 9:30 to 12:00/12:30
