Need a dinner idea for tonight? 👀🍜

Poi’s back in the kitchen showing us how to make a delicious Stir-Fried Phở in just 60 seconds and the best part is, you can try making it your own.

A lot of the essentials are probably already hiding in your kitchen, but if you’re missing a few things, it’s worth stocking up on the basics like soy sauce, sesame oil and your favourite stir-fry sauces.

We’ve kept this version simple with vegetables, but you can add whatever you fancy. Chicken, prawns, beef… just add your protein to the wok first and cook it through before the noodles go in. 🔥

Our take on Bò Kho, Vietnam’s much-loved beef stew, is all about deep, aromatic flavours and melt-in-your-mouth beef. While it’s traditionally made with brisket, we use tender beef rib meat that’s slow-cooked until it’s incredibly soft and packed with flavour.

Every bowl is made with a fragrant broth infused with warming spices, creating the perfect comfort food for any day of the week. It’s a classic Vietnamese dish with our own twist, and one we can’t wait for you to try.
