Brought to you by the team behind award-winning Northern Quarter eatery, Teacup Kitchen, Proper Tea champions fine loose leaf teas and acts as a flagship store for the soon-to-be launched Proper Tea Company. The Proper Tea Rooms offer a contemporary take on the traditional British tearoom, serving over 100 loose leaf

teas alongside fresh homemade meals and delicious hand crafted cakes. The menu boasts showstopping afternoon teas, cream teas and cakes alongside hearty stews, soups and sandwiches. Proper Tea at the Cathedral focus on quality, local produce, working with artisan producers and farms from across the North West. Fresh herbs and honey grown in the Cathedral grounds are even used in the kitchen. Guests are greeted with warm and friendly service in a contemporary yet cosy environment.
