Step into a deeply restorative experience designed to calm the mind, relax the body, and nurture inner balance. This immersive sound and relaxation workshop combines the soothing tones of Crystal Singing Bowls, the rich harmonics of Tibetan Singing Bowls, the grounding rhythms of the Shamanic Drum, and the powerful vibrations of the Gong.

What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, a yoga mat (if you prefer your own), blanket, cushion, and water bottle.
