We think about nailing the brief on what the event needs to look/feel like, while buuu-get takes a back seat😉😊.
This Spring event was themed “Bloom where you’re Planted”, so the blooms had to be beautiful locally sourced + foraged florals, hard to kill starter plants as keepsakes😉, a blooming beautiful welcome table, and fresh food made from scratch with seasonal ingredients like wild garlic, pansies, marigolds, and all the details have to connect back to the theme.
It’s just how we roll.😊😉 .

Suya!… is one of the most beloved little bites on almost every street in Nigeria, and just as the Texan barbecues have been unmatched, so is Sokoto Suya.
Smoked to perfection for 12hrs at least, and rehydrated in native mirepoix liquid, seared off at the end just before serving….
We serve this remarkable Nigerian staple on our Canapé Naija menu, for happy hour events and bbq parties.
If you are hosting one soon, we can bring you a flavour of Naija, in a way you have possibly seen before🥰😉.

PS: Major allergen component, all guests must be cleared before events.

Can I do it again?
That’s the question I kept asking myself when I moved here.
Nobody knew who I was. But I knew what I was capable of- amazing spreads, breakfast events for corporates and companies. I had done it all before. But this is a new city. A new start.
So instead of waiting to be discovered, I chose to show not tell.
I invited the first friends I ever made in Manchester over for Brunch, simple tablescape, food I loved to eat. Nothing more.
Then we did it again- this time to celebrate the classics.
And now, 24months later, we have a center stage worthy of everything this journey has been building toward.
Wimbledon table is next. And I couldn’t be more ready 💃🏽
