SUPPERCLUB 🇵🇭✨

We still have some tickets left for our Postcards from The Philippines supperclub happening next Sunday July 5th where you get to enjoy a 4 course supper with dishes and flavours you may not have had before, obviously all with a Mama Z twist ✨

There is a welcome drink, a pulutan (snack) and then your delicious 4 course taster meal to follow after.
We also have a plantbased menu so everyone can enjoy the same flavours too! 🇵🇭

There will Ube donuts & Buko Pandan Kaya donuts 🔥✨🥥🌴

and also some more traditional Filipino Kakanin style desserts too! 🥥

My mango delivery from PH is delayed however I am v. glad I managed to pick up some exquisite Pakistani mangoes 🥭 so I can make one of my favourite desserts ever..MANGO FLOAT 🔥

SAVE THE DATE FOR NEXT ONE! 13TH JUNE

After our eventful Ube days last year, we are doing another one in a few weeks! Ube day was a bit of a fun but also a change to highlight where Ube is from and its cultural significance being from The Philippines.

We did lots of posts informing about Ube which we may need to circulate again, courtesy of Filipino illustrator , who is part of collective and 🐛

Expect lots of Ube treats but also other Filipino desserts and some mega specials to celebrate not only Ube but Filipino-ness! Whilst we absolutely love Ube, we also want to shout about the fact Ube isn't just the *entire* personality of The Philippines...there's so much more to the beautiful cuisine & country.

I've been quietly working behind the scenes to finalise the menu which I can't wait to reveal to you all very soon...

So come along! wear purple, enjoy the day with us & celebrate.

Remember, Ube is not a trend! 💜
