Hello, my name is Sophie Nightingale (aka Tuck) owner of Tuck’s Cakes and Confectionery
As a child I have always loved to bake, many fond memories of baking with my Nan and Mum. A little over two years ago I was asked by the nursery I worked in if I could bake a celebration cake for their first birthday, with no tools or training I excitedly excepted the challenge. After hours of planning, baking

and icing I was over the moon with the final result and that is where it all started. Over the next year I hope to attend some classes to build up on my skills. I currently hold an up to date food hygiene certificate too. I love to experiment and I am always trying out new flavour combination but I have nailed several of the classics as well as some of my own.
