The Woodside We are a warm and friendly Vintage Inn pub restaurant in the heart of Ellenbrook Worsley. This page advertises all of our events and special occasions.

The Woodside is a charming and historic country pub nestled in the heart of Worsley. With a rich heritage dating back to the 19th Century, this traditional building was originally a private house for colliery managers. Today, it exudes a warm and welcoming atmosphere that invites guests to step back in time and enjoy a truly authentic pub experience. The menu at The Woodside showcases a delightful selection of hearty favourites and country pub classics. Indulge in our renowned steak & mushroom pie or savour the crispy beer-battered fish and chips. For those seeking a taste of the season, our chefs also create delightful surprises using the freshest local ingredients. With a well-stocked bar offering a variety of cask ales, lagers, fine wines, British gin and refreshing soft drinks, The Woodside is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy your drink of choice. And if you're looking to soak up the sunshine, our picturesque gardens provide a serene setting to relax and indulge in the beauty of nature. Come and immerse yourself in the charm and history of The Woodside. Whether you're planning a large group booking, after-work drinks, a leisurely brunch, or celebrating special occasions like Christmas or Easter, our friendly staff will ensure your visit is memorable.
