Main Duties:
In conjunction with the Business Manager develop department Sales Strategy
Manage implementation and delivery of the department Sales strategy
Management of relationships with large framework customers
Identify new Business opportunities within both, existing services agreements and new ones
Forecast of sales budgets and conversion of prospects to deliver budget
Create required working processes including CRM processes to ensure effective business operation
Develop and manage pricing structures
Manage contracts and associated documentation, including authorisation of quotations and proposals
Define, manage and measure sales performance against KPIs
Undertake promotional activities both on and off site (nationally and internationally) whenever the needs rises. This includes face-to-face sales visits, attendance
at exhibitions/networks, participation within our training / promotional events and development, implementation and manage effective sales campaigns
In conjunction with Marketing team, develop and implement strategies for cross selling and upselling of our offerings
Sound knowledge and technical understanding of Building Regulations and standards is key for this role
A B2B technical sales background ideally related to a sector within the construction industry

Experience in managing a team of sales professionals
Computer literate in Microsoft packages and a working knowledge of CRM systems
