Norse cakes

Norse cakes Started learning to bake at the age of 8, mostly self taught. I supply shops with cakes. Most of my cakes, i try and use organic when possible.

Only Butter, cream from local suppliers, free range eggs, rain forest alliance, 54% - 85% cocoa chocolate, where possible organic sugar and flour.. I'm able to do most cakes, cake loafs, breads, bite size cakes to 12 inch cakes. Prices range from 99p to what ever amount you are willing to pay. 10 Inch victoria sponge with my own twist, fresh cream, made to which ever flavour you want. Fresh frui

t, strawberries, raspberries etc - £8. Most cakes i make, i add a twist so they are not just a standard cake copied from a recipe of the internet. I can also give one on one cake making lessons. They cost from £10 and you get to take the cake home.

250g minced beef.
Chillies chopped., as many as you want.
Dash chilli sauce
Half teaspoon salt
Teaspoon chilli powder or KN pepper.
Teaspoon black pepper
Teaspoon paprika
Teaspoon curry powder
Teaspoon turmeric

In a large bowl mixed everything together.
You can then either roll out into sausage shapes or cut into squares or circular. Use your hands to flatten out. Not to thick.
Place on a deep oven tray as there may be fat which comes out of the meat.
180 degrees for 20 – 30 minutes depending how thick you have made them.
Or use a grill rack put this over an oven tray to drain off any fat when cooking.
I toasted oitta bread, filled with the meat and salad. More salad them meat as you can see. There was so mucvh, made a curry and the 3 rd day filled torrtilla wraps.
