一追再追🎼🎶🎶追踨一些生命裡⋯⋯

由2024年4月，搞到2025年3月都黎緊，仍然重追緊，一份合約啫，係咪痴線架😫😫😫

Last week I contacted the Ms Hill again because their legal team has not emailed me the draft Lease yet, however she was out of the office until today.
I understand it is as frustrating as it can be because seems to be very difficult to reach and their slow response has been delaying the matter.

It was my first time in the UK being invited to a “Habibie kitchen takeaway ” event. Today was such a pleasant surprise—I was invited to University of Manchester (MU) for the Election of KARISMA leader and a halal food sharing event.
And congratulations for Mas @⁨~Teguh Utomo (Theo) for the new KARISMA leader period 2024 - 2025

On Thursday, I went to Salford University’s market, and last night I hit up Stockport’s night market. I got home, packed up my stuff, and knocked out right away. Then I woke up at 4:30 AM today to make a big plate of to bring along. Honestly, I was feeling a bit wiped out. 🤣

But I’m super happy that the response was amazing—thanks so much for all the compliments!

係英國第一次以『飯聚地點』出現，今日好驚喜，受邀請去曼大（MU）印尼留學生選領袖大會完及halal 美食分享會，現場所見都有100人
星期四去完salford大學市集，尋晚又去Stockport夜市，反到屋企個執好野立即訓，今朝4:30起身整一大盤 #海南雞 過去，真係有啲虛脫感覺。🤣
不過好開心反應非常熱烈，『Fu 一聲』無哂，有人想拎second round 都無Lu 🤣

唉，英國真係一個好神奇嘅國度，乜嘢國度？
黑洞同旋渦既國度😅
話說由4月同律師溝通好，之後再經過一連串email溝通（實際上每1-2星期先覆一次），等左足足半年，真係『做到野』，去到今日收到2星期前既payment，律師今日回覆一句

“Thanks. We have contacted the council”

幾時先跳出呢個旋渦呢？

I was very lucky to be interviewed in the beginning, and because of that chance, more people got to know me. It gave me the confidence to create different types of food. There are new opportunities on the horizon, and I hope they will help me learn even more.

黎左英國3年，浮浮沉沉既經歷，沿途跌跌撞撞，用我不屈不撓，打不死既精神，堅持做出好食物既初心，為我飲食事業既夢想鋪路。終於漸見曙光，遠處見到出路，好多謝係香港既屋企人同英國既各方好友鼎力支持，我先行到呢一步，不過依家只係下半場既開始，將會由外賣店起步，繼續努力做好市集比更多人認識，一定會好快繼續發展，有更多選擇比大家。
