Skylark Coffee × Hikari Koffee

We’re proud to welcome Skylark Coffee one of our long-term partners, to Hikari Koffee this Friday, 28th August for a special Bar Takeover & Coffee Cupping.

Skylark Coffee is a non-profit coffee company, with a strong focus on making a positive impact through coffee.

From 12–3pm, Skylark will be taking over our bar with a selection of their coffees, served as espresso based drinks as well as hand-brewed filter coffee.

Then from 6–8pm, join us for a free coffee cupping, where you’ll get to taste a wider selection of Skylark coffees. There’ll also be a short presentation from their team, followed by time to chat, ask questions and learn more about their coffees.

A Major Matcha Upgrade at Hikari Koffee 🍵

More and more of our customers have been enjoying matcha with little or no added sugar, appreciating its natural flavour just as it is. So, we’ve upgraded our entire matcha lineup.

As before, all our matcha comes from Yamamasa Koyamaen—now with even higher-grade selection.

Our new house matcha is Matsukaze (松風), with greater natural sweetness, deeper umami and less bitterness.
Excellent with both hot and cold Matcha Latte.

For something even more special and premium:

Ogurayama (小倉山) – fragrant and rich in umami
Shikibu no Mukashi (式部之昔) – naturally sweet, creamy, with a long finish

For Premium line up , we recommend trying the Dirty Matcha with no ice to let the matcha flavour shine through.

And if matcha isn’t your thing, try our Hojicha, also from Yamamasa Koyamaen—roasted, nutty and beautifully aromatic. 🤎

We squeeze fresh lemons in-house for every batch of our Lemon Spice Syrup, together with Cardamom and Cinnamon.

The same freshly squeezed lemon juice also goes into our homemade Strawberry Syrup, bringing a natural brightness that perfectly complements the sweetness of the strawberries. 🍓

Made from scratch with fresh, natural ingredients — never artificial flavourings.
