Here we go again... 🎢😂 Happy Monday, Uplift family! ❤️

A brand new week! Let's see what this one throws at us this week and try to enjoy the ride 🤷🏻‍♀️😂 Life likes to keep us guessing, so let's hop on this week's Uplift rollercoaster, trust the process 💪🏻❤️ and see where we end up! ✨

The Men's World Cup finished last night ⚽️ sothe biggest congratulations to our Uplift Sweepstake winner! ❤️🥳 So glad Spain won that match! And England were brilliant in their match too!!!

Whatever your Monday is looking like, it would be great to see you ❤️ Cooked breakfasts 🍳🥓, fresh coffee ☕️, homemade cakes and bakes 🧁🍰, toasties 🥪 salads 🥗and all of the usuals. Eat in or take away and we’ve got ShoCal too if you want your Uplift delivered. 🚗

Storytime this morning at 9.15 as well 📚✨ so if you've got little ones to entertain, come and join me for a story and some songs🥰

Whether you're popping in for five minutes, meeting a friend or just fancy escaping the washing up for half an hour 😂

**Just 6 more weeks of Uplift... ❤️🌈**

It still feels strange saying that out loud 🥹

Yesterday we said goodbye to Paul's lovely mum and honestly, we couldn't have wished for a more perfect send-off. It was such a lovely day, full of love, family and so many happy memories. 🪽Thank you to everyone who has sent messages, cards and kind words - they've meant such a lot to us. ❤️

If you've been thinking, I really must get down to Uplift, this is your sign. 😊 Come for a coffee ☕, breakfast 🥓, lunch 🥗, cake 🍰, one of our iced drinks 🧋 or an ultimate shake 🥤. Bring a friend, stay for a chat and help us make these last few weeks really special. If it’s a busy moment we’ll always do our best to get to you as quickly as we can.

Every coffee, every meal and every visit helps us build a little cushion for whatever comes next, and we're so grateful for every single one of you.

What will Wednesday bring? 🙏🏼🌈

What a gorgeous day it was yesterday! I started the day feeling a little gloomy with everything that's been going on, but spending time with so many of you soon lifted my spirits. 🥹 Community Cuts was just what I needed! lovely chats, lots of smiles and a reminder of how lucky we are to have such an amazing community. Here's to trusting the process and seeing where this next month takes us. ❤️

It's another hot one today! 🧊🥤 If you're looking to cool down, we've got plenty of refreshing drinks waiting for you. Fancy something a little more filling? Paul's Greek and Caesar-inspired salads are perfect in this weather 🥗, or why not share one of our mezze platters with a friend? 🫒🧀 And don't worry... I've been busy making sure the cakes and bakes are fully restocked too! 🍰🧁

🧶 Forget Me Knit is on as usual from 1–3pm, so whether you fancy bringing your knitting, crochet or just yourself for a brew ☕, a bite to eat 🍽️ and a good natter, we'd love to see you.

Just a little reminder that we'll be closed tomorrow (Thursday) as usual, and also closed on Friday (17th) as we attend a family funeral. We'll be back with you on Saturday.
