WOOD Manchester is Simon Wood’s flagship restaurant, situated in the heart of Manchester City Centre, on Jack Rosenthal Street in First Street. The restaurant is recommended in the 2020 edition of the MICHELIN Guide – Great Britain & Ireland

Visitors to WOOD Manchester can enjoy menus created using top quality seasonal produce, accompanied by an expertly chosen wine menu or matching standard and

premium wine flights with a focus on classic flavours served with playful authenticity. When you arrive at the restaurant you will be greeted by the host before taking a pre reserved seat in our lounge, here you can enjoy pre dinner drinks before being served your preliminary snacks by one of our talented chefs or even Simon himself, your dining journey will then continue in our restaurant where you can enjoy carefully selected wines from our Classic or Seasonal wine pairings that complement the dishes served by the service team and the chefs. To ensure a fluid journey for our guests menu selection and dietary information at point of booking are mandatory, seasonal and classic wine pairings can be added on the day.
