Just a quick update

The phone line in the whole building has gone down so we are unable to receive any calls at all.

Open reach have located the problem in the middle of the road in Newton Street.

Unfortunately they have to apply for the road to be closed in order to rectify the fault. So we have no timescale on how long at the moment.

We do sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Just a quick update

As you may well know we are a virtual kitchen that deliver through Just Eat, Deliveroo & UberEats.

Our agreement with all 3 companies is that we make the food and their riders deliver the order.

Like the rest of the country many of their riders are self isolating. This combined with an increase in demand has resulted in extended delivery times. This is something that’s out of our control.

We are actively working with all our delivery partners to implement an efficient system.

So we request please bear with us during these testing times.
