We’re super excited to announce that we are collaborating with on a feel good walk!

A free morning to meet people and move your body.

we’ll start with a relaxed 5K walk from , giving you plenty of time to chat and connect with new people along the way. we’ll come back together for food, drinks and a feel-good health quiz, with some exclusive prizes up for grabs too.

no pressure, no pace to keep up with and you definitely don’t need to come with someone. just turn up, get moving and spend the morning doing something good for your body and your mind 💗

For anyone who feels like they’re behind ….

📍Manchester & Leeds... this one’s for you.

How many times have you said “we should do something soon.” and then never actually made the plan?
Or wanted to try something new, but convinced yourself everyone there would already know each other.

I know that feeling because I was exactly the same.

Over the last couple of years I started saying yes to more things. Some I loved, some definitely weren’t for me, but the only thing I felt was missing was a community to do it with.

So we created The Yes Club.

A new event series from Feel Good Club where every event will look different, but the idea stays the same:
✨ say yes to yourself.
✨ say yes to making plans.
✨ say yes to trying something new.
✨ say yes to meeting new people.

Our first events are with Kontrast.
📍 Manchester — only 2 tickets left.
📍 Leeds

Come on your own or bring a friend. Either way, you’ll be welcomed.

Tickets are in our bio. Maybe this is your sign to stop waiting for someone else to make the plans 🤍
