Chinese New Year is round the corner. For those who are lucky enough to head home, the rest of us will look upon with envy as every moment will no doubt be filled with a procession of delicious banquets, home cooked dishes and family favourites for the New Year celebrations...

Wishing all of you a year filled with good health, happiness and success in your endeavours.

We will kick off our New Year celebrations at home this year as with our favourite dish - The Prosperity Salad locally known as Yee San followed by a very seafood based Hotpot and a side of homemade prawn and meat rolls (Ngo Hiang) and homemade pickles vegetables (Nonya Aachar)

Nonya Style Chicken and Potato Curry with Rice
Grilled Chicken with Coconut Rice and Chilli Sambal (Nasi Lemak)
