With the recognition of South Indian food spreading internationally, we would like to bring the DosaXpress “Taste of South India” to Manchester to share the richness of our native country's regional cuisine. It is a typical South Indian dish, eaten for breakfast or dinner, and is rich in carbohydrates and protein. It is served traditionally with coconut chutney and a vegetable and lentil broth ca

lled sambar. Dosa has been the inspiration for the DosaXpress menu along with other unique dishes not found in typical Indian restaurants. Although South Indian dishes are our specialty, with traditional items such as Dosa, idly, medhu vada,kuli paniyaram,chettinad chicken curry, we also include a variety of other traditional Indian dishes such as chicken tikka masala and chicken jalfrezi.
