It’s been an amazing response since we changed the menu, and with the new team in place, the results have been incredible so far.
The support and love from you guys have been everything we hoped for, thank you.
We’re now giving the menu another upgrade. After trialling our current concept, where we fused Japanese and traditional Chinese dishes, we’re taking things even further.
We’re updating our clay pot section. For those who don’t know, clay pot dishes are a traditional style of cooking where ingredients are slowly cooked and served in a clay pot, locking in flavour, heat, and aroma for a richer, deeper taste.
Our head chefs are currently in China sourcing authentic clay pots and the oven which it’s cooked in so we can bring you the most traditional experience possible.
We’re also introducing a brand new ramen selection and new rice dishes, including lobster. Our new partners own a fishing boat in Scotland, sourcing fresh lobster and seafood that will be delivered directly to us.
We’re really excited to launch this new menu, and we hope you’ll love it just as much as we do.
