📢 WE’RE HIRING – DINER MANAGER! 🍳☕
Are you an experienced café or diner manager looking for your next opportunity? We’re looking for a confident, organised and hands-on Diner Manager to take charge of the day-to-day running of our busy diner!
💷 Pay: £15 per hour
⏰ Hours: 40 hours per week
The Role – What You’ll Be Responsible For:
✅ Managing the day-to-day running of the diner
✅ Cashing up and handling daily takings
✅ Stock control and ordering supplies
✅ Creating and managing staff rotas
✅ Recruiting, training and managing staff
✅ Maintaining high standards of customer service, cleanliness and food hygiene
✅ Ensuring the diner runs smoothly and efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Previous management experience is essential.
🔹 Experience working in a busy café or diner is a must.
🔹 Excellent organisational and communication skills.
🔹 The ability to lead, motivate and manage a team.
🔹 Someone reliable, hardworking and confident making decisions.
🔹 Flexibility to work weekends and additional hours when required.
We need someone who can take ownership of the business, lead from the front and help keep everything running smoothly.
