I’m officially BACK and I’ve been baking up a storm since yesterday! 🎂✨

I’m working my way through all of your orders, so replies to messages are a little slower than usual at the moment… and don’t even get me started on the jet lag! 😴✈️ Nobody warned me just how much it actually messes with you! 😂

I really appreciate everyone’s patience whilst I get myself, the diary and the cake world back to normal. 🖤

Date availability will be posted over the next week or so, and the 2027 diary is officially OPEN and already filling up! 😱🎉

Finally tried the Red Velvet Cake Slice from Gideon’s Bakehouse… ❤️🍰

It wasn’t bad at all… but for me, it just wasn’t really Red Velvet cake. It tasted more like a red vanilla cake to me 🤷‍♀️

The cream cheese frosting was really nice, although it wasn’t quite like the cream cheese frosting I’ve had at home.

Overall, I’m glad I tried it because I’d been curious, but I definitely won’t be rushing back for another slice 😂

Another Gideon’s treat ticked off the list! ✅🍰

1 whole week of holiday done, and I’ve only tried ONE place for sweet treats… 😂🍪

Of course, it had to be Gideon’s Bakehouse at Disney Springs! 🥰

4 cookies, a bag of bite-sized chocolate-dipped cookies AND a slice of Red Velvet Cake… because apparently I have no self-control on holiday 🤣🍰🍪

And yes… I did queue up just to get into the Bakehouse! 😂 Thankfully, the queue wasn’t anywhere near as long as I thought it would be, so that was always a bonus! 🙌🏼

I’ve tried the Triple Chocolate Cookie so far… and WOW. I was NOT disappointed! 🤤🍫

I’ll post more pics once I’ve tasted the others… 👀🥰
