This week we have a delightfully classic & organic gin, produced and bottled all the way up in Edinburgh.
It’s citrusy and fresh, perfectly balancing juniper, lime, and pink peppercorns!

Their name was inspired by Dr. James Lind of the HMS Salisbury, who conducted the first clinical trial on the effects of citrus fruits for people with scurvy. ⚓️
