Polpette alla Greca Street Food Event organised by MA Hospitality and Tourism Manangement students at MMU What are Polpette alla Greca ?

They are small fried balls, traditionally handmade out of meat...but also vegetables, rice and cheese. It's high quality food, from controlled provenance. We want our Polpette to remain a homemade product, that's why we process the food the less possible, by not adding artificial flavours or preservatives of any kind.
