Platzki is a concept created by two food fanatics who took a humble Polish potato pancake and turned it into a taste fest. This led to the creation of a menu focused on dishes based on honest ingredients, injected with passion and goodness. More evolution, or perhaps I mean revolution, as our menu has become even more adventurous, with Polish traditional dishes becoming modern. We are perfectionis

Dear Guests,

This is the final week of Platzki Modern Polish Cuisine on Deansgate — we will remain open until Sunday, 14th December.
We would be very happy to see you one last time before we close.

On 14 December we’ll close this location — and while the farewell comes with emotion, we carry deep gratitude for every shared moment, smile, and conversation that made this place what it is.

We’re not disappearing. Three Rooms remains a space where we’ll be waiting for you, ready to welcome you into the next chapter and continue creating moments together.

Dear Guests,

We must share the difficult news that our restaurant will be closing on December 14th.
This decision comes after months of fighting against the increasingly challenging economic conditions facing small, independent businesses across the UK.

Rising operational costs, high rentals, increased supplier prices, and shrinking margins have placed enormous pressure on establishments like ours. Despite our dedication, creativity, and every effort to adapt, the financial reality has become impossible to overcome.

For years, we poured our hearts into creating a place where food, passion, and community came together. Letting go is incredibly painful, but we do so knowing we gave it everything we had.

Thank you for supporting not only our restaurant, but also the spirit of independent hospitality. Your kindness and loyalty meant more than words can express.

There’s something magical about Christmas – the flavours, the traditions, the joy of gathering around the table. At Platzki, we’ve created festive menus that bring back the warmth of grandma’s kitchen, reimagined in an elegant, modern way.

From Kassler roasted gammon, to confit duck leg, and festive butternut squash pierogi – each dish is crafted to capture the spirit of tradition while adding a touch of sophistication. This is Christmas dining at its finest.

We change our menu twice a week. Yes, that’s right! Two times a week.

Available from Wednesday 12:00pm until Friday 5:00pm

Our ‘From Wednesday to Friday’ menu is filled with Polish classics with a modern twist. A comfortable meal, perfect for lunch and spontaneous dinners with friends. This is the time when you will be able to taste delicious dumplings. However, as we like to surprise our guests, be sure that you will also find dishes that are not so obvious to Polish cuisine. We change this menu every Wednesday.
