New owners and management team have recently reopened and rebranded the former popular Ning Restaurant. They bring with them a fine pedigree, coming from a long family line of restaurateurs and entrepreneurs. They have also managed to keep the previous head chef Jack Chan (protégé of TV chef Norman Musas) who will be instrumental in developing the new menu. Whilst Jack was already the driving forc
