Pork, slow-cooked until it falls apart in a deep chile colorado sauce, this is how it’s done in Northern Mexico, in our home! The dish that shows up at every wedding and quinceañera: asado, frijoles refritos, arroz rojo and totopos 😍😍 This weekend we will be cooking with all the love and my Dad’s farm chillies🤠💖 los shiles colorados del ranshooo 😍😍

And on Saturday, live norteño music with Julio García Julio Garcia , straight from Mexico, playing all the classics 🎶
