Christmas Day is 14 weeks on Friday which means it’s time to start preparing Christmas cakes - giving plenty of time to gradually add the brandy/Sherry!

Clancy’s Cakes launched a new cake this weekend - Chocolate Dream Cake.
This is chocolate sponge, chocolate buttercream filling, topped with Belgian chocolate mirror glaze, strawberries and Raffaello white chocolates, covered sides in dark Belgian chocolate sprinkles. 😋
It will be at the next artisan market too - Bolton city centre on Sunday 20th September.

Clancy’s Cakes this week also included a Ruby Wedding Anniversary celebration cake.

This was a two tiered cake, each with three layers of vanilla sponge and filled with vanilla buttercream and strawberry jam. Decorated with buttercream and finished with roses, ribbon and a personalised cake topper.
