Greet customers and present menus

Take and serve food/drinks orders
Arrange table settings
Keep tables clean and tidy at all times
Check products for quality
Deliver checks and collect payments
Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff
Able to work weekends

Due to power cut in the early hours of Wednesday morning we will not be open for a few more days. We’ll keep you posted with updates.

Due to the power cut we had last night on Bolton Road we will be unable to open the restaurant today. Take away will be open as normal. Electric board are on with repairs and we should be ok for Thursday. Sorry for any inconvenience.

We are looking for Waiters and Waitresses with a hospitality background, to work with and become part of the restaurant team. If you are a highly customer-oriented person, with a passion for top quality food, drinks and service. Then we are looking for you.

Support and training will be provided but some experience is necessary.

We’ve had lots of messages asking when the restaurant will be reopening so just to let everyone know we will be reopening once ALL restrictions are lifted and hope to be operating in the same way as we did prior to the lockdown last March.

Good evening,

Hope you are all keeping well and safe during these difficult times we are facing. Hopefully we start seeing some normality some time soon.

In the meantime, we have decided to reopen the restaurant for the first time since closing in March. We will be reopening on the 27th of October.

We will try our best to operate the same way we did prior to March, but as you can appreciate with the new guidelines in place, it’s going to be difficult so please be patient with us whilst we get to grips with new processes.

It is essential that you book a table. This is so we can control the amount of people on the premises at any one given time. You may be refused entry at busy times if you haven't already booked.

Under the government guidelines we will not be taking bookings of more than 6 people and tables have a time limit on their stay. This is not the fault of any member of our staff so please be respectful.

You will still be required to wear a face mask when entering or leaving and to use the toilet facilities. These can be removed whilst you are sat at your table.

You must comply with the track and trace system when you enter by either scanning the national track and trace app or entering your details in the book provided.

You cannot meet people outside of your household unless they form part of your support bubble.

We are all adapting to these measures so please be patient at busy times.

Today we remember our friend Mr Delaney. Much laughter and fun left us all stunned with the heartbreaking news of his passing over a week ago. The banter has been replaced with tears and sadness. Let’s always remember the contribution he made to all of us who shared his company. Not a kind word spoken between us all..!!! And that’s exactly what a true friend should be. Mr Delaney will always be stood in HIS corner at the Bilash. We’ll never forget him and he’ll never be replaced. Goodbye for now our friend. Thank you for all the memories. RIP and God Bless.

Due to the current situation with the Coronavirus Epidemic and following Government advice we have had to take the difficult decision to close Bilash Restaurant until further notice.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused, this is a temporary closure and we would love to see you again when this situation is over.

In the meantime our Take Away will remain open as usual. You can ring your orders through on 0161 793 9666 or 0161 793 9777 and come and collect them when they are ready. We would appreciate if only one person came along to collect the order.
