A 70th birthday earlier this month at ARC ARC Peaks — a beautiful restored house tucked away in the Peak District in Wildboarclough. We cooked a private dinner for fourteen guests.

Baked hake, mutton rolls, cardamom custard tart. Sri Lankan food, cooked properly.

We also do hot fork buffets, bowl food, canapés and afternoon teas, for offices and venues as well as homes.

This one has a few things we’ve been wanting to put on the menu for a while — jack mackerel patties with dill sambol, cashew & pea curry with chicken liver, courgette & aubergine curry, and a mango & passion fruit bavarois to finish.

As always, there’ll be plenty of Sri Lankan flavours, fresh ingredients and a few things you might not have tried before.

Vegan and gluten-free options are available.
