FROM SPIN INN TO FREIGHT 🎛️

has been part of Manchester’s underground house story since the mid-80s.

From working behind the counter at Spin Inn Records, bringing U.S. house imports into the hands of local DJs, to playing The Haçienda, Blackpool’s Oz/Maceys and clubs across the North West, Russ has long been one of the people helping shape the sound from the inside.

He went on to launch Out In The Sticks in Todmorden, a weekly house night that became a fixture of the Northern scene and still runs today at The Golden Lion.

This Saturday, Russ joins for a b2b set as part of Crazy Wisdom Presents, alongside , .wax and .
