I never imagined that one day I’d be serving picanha here in the UK. 😂 When I first started cooking, I couldn’t find it anywhere for my pop-ups—unless I went to a Brazilian shop. 🇧🇷

Nearly ten years later, I’m incredibly lucky to be working with this cut from the brilliant Littlewoods Butchers, sourced from sustainable local farms. ♥️
