Our Penne Arrabiatta is based on our homemade tomato sauced before garlic and chilli is tossed in to bring out a hint of spice, then garnished with Parmesan shavings to create a perfect autumn dish.

Manchester in name & Manchester in taste, The Emmeline is a Manchester Pink Gin based cocktail mixed with St Germain, lemon, lychee and Moet & Chandon.

The Hacienda on the other hand, is based on the famous Salford Spiced Rum then mixed with Disaronno, pineapple juice and lime to create a interesting & unique taste.
