Please can you send me a quick 👋 a day or 2 before your order date. Just to confirm I have all the details and I have actually put you in my diary. And always book in for the day before as an extra safety net! I have hundreds and hundreds of messages from about 7 different platforms to try to keep up with. Including people ordering in comments, which is the hardest to track, and people just telling me, which is even worse! I'm a one-man band remember, so sometimes slip-ups happen. I'm only human. On top of all the admin, I also do all the baking, cleaning, shopping, everything, with a husband and 4 kids to look after. And at my age, we women can sometimes lose the plot 🤣 and you know I like to be honest about these things.

A special thank you to all you lovely customers who get this, and have been amazing giving me that extra bit of time and patience when needed..it's no secret my memory at the minute is shocking 🙈
