We had some great photos taken of our dishes this week!

Here are the mains pictured:
- Aipim pie, saucy beef topped with cassava mash and batata palha

- Chicken and okra in a house sauce served with creamy polenta

We are open for close friends and family to try out all our dishes today!

We thought this would be a good time to introduce ourselves too - Aipim is a family business ran by Paulo, Matheus and Mirian (left to right), all involved in menu creation, buying, cooking, cleaning... it's a team effort 💪
