Join us at Las Bombas on Friday 9th October from 8pm for the first edition of W**e Club — an evening celebrating great food, exceptional w**es from around the world.

On arrival, enjoy a glass of English sparkling w**e, before settling in for a six-course tasting menu, with each course carefully paired with a w**e from a different region.

One from our travels around South America 🌎

After trying Colombian empanadas in Bogotá and Cartagena, we knew we had to put our own version on the menu.

Made with simple masa dough, filled with slow-braised beef brisket, then fried until seriously crispy and golden. Served with a rich truffle gravy for dipping 🤌

Perfect for sharing, great with a few drinks — and very easy to order another one.

ROASTED HISPI CABBAGE

Since adding our Hispi cabbage to the menu, it’s quickly become a firm favourite with our customers — and for good reason.

Charred and roasted to perfection, then smothered in our homemade chipotle & lime butter, finished with crispy onion and fine chives. Bold, smoky, zesty and packed with flavour.

And if you’ve tried our Sunday roast, you’ll know we do things a little differently there too. We shred the cabbage down and poach it in a rich miso stock and truffle gravy.
