ROASTED HISPI CABBAGE

Since adding our Hispi cabbage to the menu, it’s quickly become a firm favourite with our customers — and for good reason.

Charred and roasted to perfection, then smothered in our homemade chipotle & lime butter, finished with crispy onion and fine chives. Bold, smoky, zesty and packed with flavour.

And if you’ve tried our Sunday roast, you’ll know we do things a little differently there too. We shred the cabbage down and poach it in a rich miso stock and truffle gravy.
