Last week we had the pleasure of hosting the children of Francis House Children’s Hospice. An amazing, local charity who provide help to children and families with life-shortening or life-threatening conditions.

Our lovely Head Pizziolo Claudio, chef Mike, General Manager Ella and waiter Ned all hosted a wonderful pizza making class, and finished the day with an ice cream sundae station! 🍕🍦

NEW SPECIALS ☀️

This week we launched the next instalment of our menu specials, a mix of team creations, a vegetarian special and a collaboration with a celebrated pizzaiolo or pizzeria from around the world. Check them out below 👇

THE REGINA
Aged Grana Padano + fior di latte base, garlic-roasted wild forest mushrooms, herb-roasted prosciutto cotto from Emilia-Romagna, finished with lemon, parsley + garlic oil.

Inspired by our visit to IMperfetto, France’s highest-ranked pizzeria and 3rd in Europe by 50 Top Pizza 2026. “Queen” in Italian, the Regina is a Neapolitan classic, known for its combination of quality ham and roasted mushrooms.

ROQUEFORT E PERA
Cave-aged Roquefort + fior di latte base, sweet sliced pear, crushed walnuts and a warm honey drizzle.

Roquefort La Pastourelle is a raw sheep’s milk blue cheese made by a traditional farmers’ cooperative in Southern France. The sharp, complex saltiness of the cave-aged cheese balances with the sweetness of the sliced Conference pears and the toasted walnuts and warm honey add a delightful crunch.

L’ESTATE CAPRESE
San Marzano tomatoes + buffalo mozzarella, finished with red plum tomatoes, black Kalamata olive tapenade + fresh basil.

Created at Rudy’s Prestwich, this pizza celebrates the simplicity of a classic Caprese salad. Sweet tomatoes, creamy buffalo mozzarella and fresh basil showcase seasonal ingredients at their best.

Rudy’s Didsbury is raising money for The Christie Charity!

On 5th of June the boys at Didsbury will be taking part in a 7-a-side charity football match to raise money for The Christie Charity. Local to our pizzeria, The Christie provides enhanced services over and above NHS funding for those affected by cancer. Raising money for The Christie can help fund research and life-changing projects that improve the lives of those with cancer, now and in the future.
